If it does not work within two weeks, you get a full refund.

What it covers

The full report (one-time NT$1,000). The free scan has no charge, so no refund applies.

Conditions

Complete every fix the report specifies within 14 days. The result of a fresh Yowna scan after the changes is what counts. If the grade is still below A, the full amount is refunded.

How to claim

Email support@sasugod.com with the report number and the address you paid with. We handle it within 3 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method; how soon it lands depends on your card issuer.

AI engine tracking (monthly)

Email us to cancel at any time. Billing stops after the current period. The month already paid is not refunded, and its tracking report stays available until the period ends.
